Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • The product must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Products that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide your order number along with clear photographs of the product. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Please note:

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • In some cases, partial refunds may be granted if the returned product is not in its original condition.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for products that are defective, damaged, or received in the wrong size due to our mistake. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Subject to product availability, we will provide a replacement of the same item or an alternative product of equal value.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted. In such cases, customers may initiate a return after receiving the product in accordance with this policy.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a reliable and trackable courier service to ensure the safe return of the product.

Legendary Wear is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
