Clan Armstrong Tartans

The Armstrongs being in the borders wouldn’t have traditionally wore a tartan. The Armstrong Tartan was created by the notorious Sobieski Stewarts for the 1842 Vestiarium Scoticum. Since then it has been worn by the Armstrongs.
